TERMS OF CANCELLATION

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their Mosbill subscription plan at any time through their account settings or by contacting Mosbill support. Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future recurring charges; however, access to the subscribed services will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Eligibility

Mosbill offers a 7-day refund policy for subscription plans purchased through the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, or Website.

A user may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the original purchase of the subscription plan, provided that:

  • The refund request is submitted within the 7-day period.
  • The subscription was purchased directly from Mosbill.
  • The user has not violated these Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
  • Partial use of the subscription period after the refund window has expired.
  • Violations of Mosbill's Terms of Service.
  • Third-party charges, taxes, or fees imposed by payment processors, banks, or app stores (where applicable).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact Mosbill support and provide:

  • Registered account details.
  • Purchase information or invoice number.
  • Reason for the refund request.

Upon verification and approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Mosbill shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6. Changes to This Policy

Mosbill reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the Website or within the Application.
